Ingredients

  • 1 head of cauliflower or 1 bag of cauliflower florets – chopped into bite size pieces
  • ½ cup of panko bread crumbs
  • 1-2 tbsps of olive oil
  • 1 tsp of garlic powder
  • 1 tsp of paprika
  • 1 tbsp of @hidden.valley ranch seasoning
  • 1/3 cup of @franksredhot sauce
  • 2 tbsps of unsalted butter or vegan butter

Instructions

1

Wash and cut your cauliflower into bite sized pieces.

2

Place them in a bowl, drizzle with olive oil, and set aside.

3

In a large plate, add your panko bread crumbs, garlic powder, paprika, ranch seasoning and mix together.

4

Then, start coating each piece of cauliflower in your bread crumbs and placing them in your airfryer or on a baking sheet.

5

Once everything is coated evenly, arrange your cauliflower evenly and bake on 450 degrees in the oven for 20 minutes then flip and cook for another 20 minutes. If cooking in the airfryer, cook on 390 degrees for 12 minutes, then flip and cook for another 12 minutes.

6

While that’s cooking, in a microwave safe bowl, melt your butter for 30 seconds and then mix in your hot sauce.

7

Remove and brush your cauliflower with the buffalo sauce and bake for another 10 minutes for extra crunch. Or just simply eat!!

8

This is going to become a staple in your home! Enjoy!
