Gluten Free/Refined Sugar Free Chocolate Chip Pizookie (with optional M&Ms)

Mondays call for a treat. The past two weeks have been so crazy for us, we needed a quick treat today to brighten things up and start the week off right. I’ve been making these cookies for years and they are a great treat without all the guilt.

Gluten Free/Refined Sugar Free Chocolate Chip Pizookie (with optional M&Ms)

Ingredients

  • 1 room temp egg
  • 1 cup almond butter
  • 1 tbsp of vanilla extract
  • 2-3 tbsp of agave
  • ½ cup almond flour
  • ½ tbsp of ground cinnamon
  • 1 tsp of baking soda
  • 2 tbsp of almond milk
  • Dark Chocolate chips @hukitchen
  • M&Ms (optional)

Instructions

Preheat your oven to 350 degrees.

While your oven is preheating, in a large bowl, mix your egg, almond butter, vanilla extract and agave.

Next mix in your almond flour, cinnamon, baking soda and almond milk.

After that gently fold in your chocolate chips.

Place into mini pans and bake for about 10-15 minutes on 350 degrees.

If you like it a little under done, I would remove it after 10 minutes.

Top with M&Ms if you’d like and enjoy!
