Ingredients

  • Salmon (boneless and skinless)
  • 2 tbsp of whole milk Greek yogurt
  • 2 tbsp of tandoori paste
  • 1 tbsp of chicken tikka masala
  • 1 tsp of paprika
  • 1/2 tsp of granulated garlic
  • 1/2 tsp of veganless chicken seasoning
  • 1/2 tsp onion salt
  • 1 tsp of ginger garlic paste
  • Juice and zest of 1 lemon

Instructions

1

This recipe is so simple you won’t believe it.

2

Usually I would try to marinate my salmon for a couple of hours, but this recipe doesn’t require it and tastes great right away.

3

Take all of the ingredients except the salmon and mix into a paste.

4

Apply the paste generously all over your salmon fillet and set aside for 5-10 minutes while you heat an oven safe pan on the stove.

5

Add 2 tbsp of canola or avocado oil to your pan and heat on medium heat.

6

Once it’s ready, sear your salmon on both sides for 3 minutes, or until you get a nice char.

7

Then place it in the oven for about 15 minutes on 350° or until the salmon is cooked to your liking.

8

I served it along with seared onions, peppers, seasoned salt, black pepper, and olive oil.
