Samosa Chaat
Ingredients
- 1 packet vegetable samosas - I used @traderjoes
- 1 cup of plain yogurt - I used TJs whole milk Greek yogurt
- 4 tbsp tamarind/date chutney - I used @SWADfoodproducts
- 2 tbsp coriander chutney - I used @swadfoodproducts
- Chaat Masala - I used @Shanfoods @shanfoodsglobal
- 1 teaspoon of ground cumin
- 2 small tomatoes (seeded and chopped)
- 1 small red onion (chopped fine)
- Bunch of cilantro (chopped)
- 1 can of chick peas (drained and rinsed)
Instructions
Add the entire pack of samosas in your air-fryer and crisp them for about 12 minutes on 360°. Flip half way through.
Finely chop up a small onion, tomato and cilantro and set aside.
In another bowl, mix the yogurt, both chutneys and cumin. Add a little bit of water, if the consistency is too thick.
Then, assemble the dish: add the samosas, yogurt, extra chutney if needed, chick peas, tomatoes, onions, cilantro and chaat masala. Enjoy! ?
