Ingredients

  • 1 lb of ground chicken
  • 2 cups of organic chicken stock
  • 1 packet of @oldelpaso taco seasoning
  • 1 shallot (minced)
  • 2 large cloves of garlic (minced)
  • 1-2 tbsp of Olive oil
  • Cilantro (for garnish)
  • Toppings...
  • Mexican blend shredded cheese
  • Tomatoes
  • Red onions
  • Avocado
  • Cilantro
  • Jalapeños
  • Corn (optional)
  • Sour cream (optional)

Instructions

1

In a large pan, sauté minced shallots and garlic in the olive oil until the shallots are translucent.

2

Then, add the ground chicken and the seasoning packet and brown the meat a bit.

3

Add the 2 cups of chicken stock and mince the meat well.

4

Once the stock is absorbed, garnish with chopped cilantro and lime juice.

5

Add your protein of choice over tortillas chips, then generously top with @kraft shredded Mexican blend cheese.

6

Put your sheet pan in your oven under your broiler for just a minute or two until the cheese melts. Watch this process. It happens quickly.

7

Remove it from the oven and top your nachos with chopped tomatoes, chopped red onions, avocados, jalapeños and @daisybrand sour cream.

8

I add @cholulahotsauce for a little extra kick as well. Enjoy! ?
