Chicken Lettuce Wraps

Really missing just going out and having some appetizers today so I’m channeling PF Chang’s for some of my favorite appetizers. I made a version of their ground chicken lettuce wraps and I’ve got to say I got pretty close with the ingredients I had on hand.
