Garlic Roasted Brussel Sprouts

Remember when you were younger, and the thought of eating brussel sprouts just made you cringe? It’s funny because now this is one of my favorite vegetables to cook and eat on a weekly basis. While I have a couple of recipes for brussel sprouts on my blog, this is one of my favorites!

Garlic Roasted Brussel Sprouts

Prep Time: 10 Minutes Cooking Time: 20 Minutes Total Time: 30 Minutes

Ingredients

  • 1 lbs or 2 bags of brussel sprouts (washed, dried and cut into halfs)
  • 2 tbsp of pomegranate molasses or balsamic vinger
  • 2 tbsp of fresh minced garlic
  • 2 tbsp of olive oil
  • 1 tsp of onion salt @traderjoes
  • Salt
  • Pepper

Instructions

Start by heating your oven on 400 degrees.

In a large bowl, add your brussel sprouts, oil, molasses, garlic, all of the seasonings and toss with your hands.

Make sure all of the brussel sprouts are covered and seasoned well.

Lay them flat side down in a single layer (do not stack) and place them in the oven for 20 minutes.

Toss and cook until they have a little bit of char to them.

Remove from the oven and garnish with pomegranate seeds and serve.
