Nutella Banana Breakfast Muffins
Banana, Nutella and walnuts make the perfect combination for breakfast!
Ingredients
- 1 Box of @SimpleMills Banana Bread Mix
- 1-2 Ripe bananas
- 2 teaspoons of vanilla
- 2 tbsp of coconut oil
- 1/2 cup of water or almond milk (add less water if adding 2 bananas)
- 1/2 cup of chopped walnuts (optional)
- 2 eggs @organicvalley
- 2 teaspoons of cinnamon
- 1/4 cup of @Nutella
Instructions
Preheat your oven on 350 degrees.
While that's heating up, in a large bowl, mash your ripe banana well.
Then whisk in your eggs, vanilla, coconut oil and cinnamon.
Mix in your packet of Simple Mills gluten free banana cake mix.
Once thats mixed in well, add and mix in your walnuts.
Grease your muffin pan well with butter or coconut oil.
Fill each muffin cup with the mix 2/3 full.
Add a tsp or more of Nutella and swirl with a toothpick or a butter knife.
Put it in the oven for 20-25 minutes or until it is done in the center. Enjoy!
