Happy Friday!! Ready for another great weeknight meal? I made this for dinner last night and just had to share it asap! We’ve been eating a lot of salmon in this house and I found another way to make tandoori salmon.
Recipe
Tandoori Salmon
Ingredients
- Salmon (boneless and skinless)
- 2 tbsp of whole milk Greek yogurt
- 2 tbsp of tandoori paste
- 1 tbsp of chicken tikka masala
- 1 tsp of paprika
- 1/2 tsp of granulated garlic
- 1/2 tsp of veganless chicken seasoning
- 1/2 tsp onion salt
- 1 tsp of ginger garlic paste
- Juice and zest of 1 lemon
Instructions
This recipe is so simple you won’t believe it.
Usually I would try to marinate my salmon for a couple of hours, but this recipe doesn’t require it and tastes great right away.
Take all of the ingredients except the salmon and mix into a paste.
Apply the paste generously all over your salmon fillet and set aside for 5-10 minutes while you heat an oven safe pan on the stove.
Add 2 tbsp of canola or avocado oil to your pan and heat on medium heat.
Once it’s ready, sear your salmon on both sides for 3 minutes, or until you get a nice char.
Then place it in the oven for about 15 minutes on 350° or until the salmon is cooked to your liking.
I served it along with seared onions, peppers, seasoned salt, black pepper, and olive oil.
