Ingredients

  • 1 Box of Simple Mills Banana Bread Mix
  • 1/2 cup of organic dark chocolate chips
  • 1 Ripe banana
  • 2 teaspoons of vanilla
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 teaspoons of cinnamon
  • 1/4 cup of Nutella

Instructions

Preheat your oven on 350 degrees.

While that's heating up, in a large bowl, mash your ripe banana well.

Then whisk in your eggs, vanilla, and cinnamon.

Mix in your packet of Simple Mills gluten free banana cake mix.

Add in your chocolate chips and keep aside.

Grease your loaf pan well with butter or coconut oil.

Place the mix in the pan and put it in the oven for 20-25 minutes or until it is done in the center.
