Hello Super Bowl weekend! Chocolate covered strawberries! Dessert doesn’t get any easier. This one is healthy right since its fruit!? ?

Ingredients
- 1 pint of large, fresh strawberries
- 1/2 cup of HU Dark Chocolate Gems
- 1 tsp of coconut oil
- White cookie icing (1 small tube)
Instructions
Melt the dark chocolate in a bowl using a double boiler, or in the microwave in 30-second intervals.
Only melt the chocolate until it’s about 85% melted.
Then, remove and stir in the coconut oil with a spatula until fully melted.
Dip each strawberry in the melted chocolate and place them on a paper plate or a sheet pan lined with wax paper.
Repeat process with the rest of the strawberries.
With the white cookie icing, draw a long line on the top and bottom of each strawberry.
Then add the white laces to make it look like a football.
Place the strawberries in the fridge to set for about 30 minutes and enjoy!
