Really missing just going out and having some appetizers today so I’m channeling PF Chang’s for some of my favorite appetizers. I made a version of their ground chicken lettuce wraps and I’ve got to say I got pretty close with the ingredients I had on hand.
Recipe

- 1/2 tablespoon of chili garlic paste or @Sriracha
- 1/4 cup of chopped red bell pepper
- 1 can of water chestnuts chopped
- 1/4 cup of chopped green onion
Instructions
Heat sesame oil and olive oil in a large saucepan over medium high heat.
Add oil, shallots and ground chicken. Cook until browned, making sure to crumble the chicken as it cooks.

Make sure everything is coated evenly and cook for another 4 minutes.
Stir in chestnuts and green onions until tender.
Serve chicken mixture into the center of a lettuce leaf and enjoy!!
